Wexford Townhomes
We are helping our friends at Solutions, Inc bring this project back to life. After sitting unfinished since our recent economic downturn, Cothron is doing a complete overhaul on the storm sewer system, base and paving, as well as installing new driveways, sidewalks, and curbing. This requires the latest in video and lamping technology to help identify problems and allow repairs to be done efficiently and promptly. |
Costco Fuel Center
Cothron Development is doing a complete site package for this 2010 Costco project. Our scope of work includes all demolition, earthwork, underground utilities and excavation, as well as the base materials and asphalt paving for the project. The project turnaround time for completion is 50 days from start. |

First Baptist of Dover
A project that is close to home for us, Cothron Construction put together a complete site package for this 40,000 s.f. addition. Our duties for this project included all site clearing, earthwork, underground utilities including lift stations, grass and asphalt parking areas with car stops, as well as sidewalks and curbs for the project.

CSX Transportation
With special Roadway Worker Training in place, which is required by CSX to work around trains and tracks, Cothron Construction has built a strong, ongoing relationship with CSX Transportation and CSX Intermodal. Our duties include asphalt paving & asphalt overlay services, sealcoat & striping, and general maintenance of their many facilities. |

Chase Bank-Lutz, FL
We're proud to be part of Chase Bank's entry into the Florida Market. With 120 day turnarounds and a zero defect policy, less experienced companies may want to sit these out. Cothron is providing a complete site package for this project including all earthwork, underground utilities, base and asphalt for the parking area, as well as the curbing, striping, and signage. |
Busch Gardens 2011 Attraction Package
Cothron Development is currently on phase 3 of this 5 phase expansion, which includes a new roller coaster. Part of the fun on this one is the 24' deep excavation to provide for the new storm sewer lift station (in the middle of rainy season), "JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE PARK"! |
